Dear Dr. Ray Behm and staff of Natural Dentistry,

I had not been to a dentist in six years due to a highly negative experience with a dentist in the past; I developed a major phobia of dental work and my teeth and smile were greatly impacted upon by my fear.  I cannot honestly claim that I was looking for a dentist at the time that I encountered your office in Clearwater, Florida.  By fate or chance, I happened to walk into your office because I was under the impression that it was a medical clinic that I had made an appointment with.  I suppose a combination of intangible elements were at work because I ended up making an appointment to see you about my dental dilemma.  I do not know whether it was the relaxing atmosphere of your office, the smiling face and hospitality of Georgia, or the confident and professional manner the staff around me exuded that made the decision for me.  Later reflection caused me to conclude it was all of the above and more.

Your technician, Ella, is a strikingly beautiful woman with a personality and energy about her to match.  She was very reassuring and constantly monitoring my mental and emotional status throughout my one two-hour procedure and both of my six-hour procedures.  I left your office feeling like I had made a friend.  I wish to thank her for her professional and courteous style.

Mercedes, the head of your administrative staff, was very knowledgeable about all of the holistic products you offer and had an empathy about her that I had yet to encounter an equal to . . . until I met you, Dr. Ray Behm.

I was amazed at the ability you have to organize the multi-task environment of a dentist office single handedly.  Your office functions more like an individual entity than a host of different people and diverse tasks.  It was as if your staff could read your mind and you could read theirs.  Everyone seemed happy and polite.

The dental clinic environment was very relaxing.  I had never seen such a mindfully created dental habitat, for lack of a better word.  The only sterile items in your office were those tools necessary to be.   As you worked on my hellish excuse for a mouth, I was relaxed by the window gardens and classical music; I believe I began to fall asleep! - Thank you for not charging extra!

As I have already noted, I had one two-hour appointment and two six-hour appointments.  That is a total of fourteen hours in the chair in three days.  I was amazed not only by the lack of soreness I had each morning after, but the phone calls I received from Georgia to check up on me.  THAT is service that makes me smile! The irony to that statement is that I indeed smile constantly now!

Dr. Ray Behm worked a miracle on my teeth and smile! I tell that to everyone who comments on how nice my teeth and smile look.  They are sound, white, smooth, and even.  You truly are an artist! I can never thank you enough for all that you have done for me.  Even your pricing was so reasonable that I almost feel guilty for the gorgeous results I see when I look in the mirror every morning, I will NEVER use any other dentist, even if it means flying South just to see you.  It is well worth it.  You are a wonderful man with skill unlike I have ever experienced.  However, the truly telling characteristic about you is that you may have made me look wonderful, but you also made me FEEL wonderful about myself and the person I am.  Thank you so much for all that you and your wonderful staff have done for me!
